Give soldiers fighting in squads more advantages. Give players new tools to control their Squad and improve Squad AI (basic formations keys, spacing modifier key, AI able to chose better covers while staying in squad) To push players in using squads in my opinion you need to: I don't think the limit of 20 is the right way, I would not put such limits in general and I already imagine players buying a squad for then pressing K a second later just to have it splitted in single soldiers again.However when using soldiers in squads they tend to 'mob' and is hard to keep the right spacing between soldiers (very vulnerable to artillery/grenades/MG spray) while using single soldiers you can have better LOS, soldiers in better positions and more agile gameplay. The only current Pros I can think when using a squad compared to single individuals is the share of ammo and concentrated firepower.

The game then is called Assault Squad so would be quite Ironic to have a gameplay that gives you advantages when using single soldiers instead of squads and where when looking at gameplay videos you see no squad usage at all.

The feature of being allowed to micro single units is one of the things that make MOW to stand out from the rest and make it awesome, but yes I would like to see a more Squad oriented gameplay as in every kind of war the core of everything is soldiers fighting in 'squads' and teamplay between soldiers, I would like to see it represented in this wargame.
